Professional Licensing
CoreStructure's principal engineer is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida (PE #102925) and the State of New York (PE #101448). All professional engineering services are performed in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations of the Florida Board of Professional Engineers and the New York State Education Department.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of CoreStructure Engineering Consultants, PLLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Engineering deliverables produced in the course of professional engagements remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

SMS & Text Message Terms
Program name: CoreStructure Engineering Project Communications.
Customers may opt in to receive project-related text messages by voluntarily selecting the optional, unchecked SMS-consent checkbox on our consultation form. Providing a telephone number, submitting the form, calling our office, or purchasing services does not automatically enroll a customer in the messaging program. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Messages may include consultation follow-ups, project-intake links, requests for project photographs or documents, appointment information, and project-status notifications.
Message frequency varies, generally one to three messages per project inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
