How it works
Step 1: Send the address, a sketch or photos, and any plans or survey you have, or call us. Step 2: We confirm what the county needs and send a fixed written price. Step 3: Approve the quote and send the survey if one is required. Step 4: We prepare the calculations and drawings, review them and seal them. Step 5: You or your contractor submit the permit, and we answer the county's comments on our plans.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you just do the connection detail without the whole structure?
Yes, when the rest of the design is already done. Tell us what exists and what the county asked for.
Do you need the manufacturer's data?
Product data sheets help. If an anchor's listed capacity is needed, we tell you what to send.
How fast can you turn it around?
Often within 5 to 7 business days.
How much does anchorage & connection design cost in Tampa Bay?
Our fixed price starts at $900. Your exact price depends on the size and complexity of the project and what your county requires, and you get it in writing before you pay. There is no hourly billing. Typical turnaround is 5–7 business days.
