What we do
- Read the county's comment letter and sort real engineering issues from paperwork items
- Revise calculations, details and notes
- Issue a response letter the reviewer can check off item by item
- Reseal the revised package
Plans from another engineer
Before we seal anything, we independently review the design. If we cannot support the original design as drawn, we tell you what must change before we put our seal on it. We do not seal work we have not fully reviewed.
How it works
Send the comment letter, the submitted plans and calculations, and the address. We confirm scope and price in writing, then turn the revision around, usually in 3 to 5 business days.
